What is collected, and why.

If you submit the enquiry form, Hikvara receives your name, email address, and optionally your organisation and role, together with the message you write. That is the whole of it. There is no advertising tracking on this site and no third-party analytics profiling.

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence while a conversation is live. Enquiry data is never sold, shared with vendors, or used for marketing lists.

Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database. Only the principal can read them. Replies are sent from a Hikvara email address, and any ongoing correspondence lives in that mailbox.

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are removed within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are retained for the period required by the engagement terms and any applicable professional or legal obligation.

Client identities are not published on this site. Engagements are described by sector and method. Anything you share in an enquiry or a conversation is treated as confidential from the first message, whether or not an engagement follows.
